since reference sheets are the basis for future art of the character, i offer as many revisions as necessary to make sure that the character looks and feels like themselves. i will check in via email at multiple points during the process to ensure that their body, expressions, colors, and details are just right! i may make suggestions for how the character is posed/styled for the sake of communicating their appearance clearly to future artists who work from this reference.

in the "character info" section, please include a few details about the character to be included in the ref sheet. i would recommend giving their name, pronouns, species, and height, but feel free to include any other information you think is relevant.

for ref sheets without clothes, please use the drop-down option to let me know if you would like the character to be totally nude, "ken doll" nude, or wearing underwear. if they have unconventional genitals (tentacles, fantasy creature, etc) please use the "notes" box to describe, or attach an existing ref sheet in the "reference images" section.

By submitting a commission request you confirm you are 18 years of age or older. By submitting a request for NSFW art, you confirm that you are of appropriate legal age to view NSFW content based on applicable local law.

I reserve the right to deny any commission request for any reason without notice. Acceptance and queue order are determined by a combination of interest, difficulty, and available time. To maximize the likelihood that your commission is accepted, keep descriptions open-ended, and check the lists below for subjects I will/won't draw.

PAYMENT: Payment must be via paypal invoice, and work will not begin until the invoice is paid. Commissions are to be completed within one month of receipt of payment, after which point the commissioner is entitled to a refund on request.

EDITS: For stream commissions, small edits may be made after completion. For ref sheets edits will be offered for the sketch stage, coloring stage, and the finished image. For all other commissions, the client will first receive a sketch for approval, after which point no major edits will be made; small edits may be made after completion.

USAGE: Finished commissions can be reused, modified, or copied by the client for any personal use, including physical prints, social media icons, web layouts, coloring pages, etc. Clients may repost commissioned work to social media or reference galleries with or without credit to the artist. If you're interested in art for commercial use, send me an email and we'll work something out. If you would like to get a tattoo of a sketch commission, feel free to reach out via email and I will send a lineart-only version of the sketch for easy stenciling.

PRIVACY: Clients' email addresses and personal details will never be shared. After a commission is completed, reference images and forms are deleted; emails are saved only in the record of paypal invoices. Commissions may be posted to the artist's social media (username pibou or pibbbou on relevant sites), online art galleries, and/or used as an example for future work. If you would like your commission to remain private, let me know in the "notes" section of the commission form. Custom tattoo commissions will not be reused or resold by the artist.
